I had spare a lot of time with #BlogChatter in this october. I started blogging to share my ideas and experiences. I like different writing styles. I had came across numerous bloggers with #BlogChatter. Experiences with #BlogChatter is awesome and amazing.

Through my experiences and interactions with buddies

This is a time to spell our own ideas with Blogbuddy 3.0 with blogchatter.

 

is a group of  8 members carried all fragrances. It is something more grand and learning experiences. Blogbuddy explore 8 bloggers in a group  #TheMagicalPot as a team task.

Buddies   gives us memorable and pleasant experiences. We grasp and appreciate each other. They are helping each other with satisfaction. They are loyal support for each other. They are diamond in the big crowd of people. Getting such buddies   is very hard to find.

Some memories that stick out the most is my blogbuddy experience. Blogbuddy is my best buds. It is the craziest experience shared with buddies

Beauty regime week !- Day 6

For  radiate and glowing skin, practice exercise everyday.

Exercise tighten and tone the skin.

Have a glance at exercise routine for glowing skin that will improve your skin.

1-Practice exercise  in the morning on an empty stomach after your daily ablutions.

2- It is always better to do exercise  in an open space – in the verandah or lawn.

3- Make sure to spread the exercise mat on an even surface to get the right postures.

4-  Face the North or east direction while practising exercise.

5-  Keep your mind calm and happy and refrain from anger or irritation.

6-  Do not let stress appear on the nerves, nose, ears, neck, and eyes during the exercise.

7- Take into consideration your age, physical and mental condition, flexibility, capacity,

       environment and time.

8- Do not practice exercise when you have fever, a severe cough and cold.

9- Do not practice exercise in haste and avoid force and push of any kind.

10- Give a break of at least half an hour between your exercise session and a bath. You

          can  drink water after 15-20 minutes. Keep the water in your mouth for a minute

          before gulping it down. You should eat after half an hour.

Beauty regime week !- Day 4

Have a glimpse of awesome face care hints to get that glow.

Excited or happy  it’s your face that gives you away. On daily skin care, keeping blemishes  and

enhancing  natural beauty. Whether you have time for skin or not.

The Golden Rule

Do- Make sure remove makeup before hitting the sheets. The skin needs to breathe overnight.  Don’t possess a makeup remover? Just put some olive oil on a cotton pad and gently massage the oil onto your face to get rid of the makeup and dirt.
Don’t- At least once or twice a week, exfoliate your skin to remove the layers of dead skin, sure to leave you with a more healthy glow and brighter skin. Apply a paste of walnut in powder form with yogurt to exfoliate your skin, as the antioxidants present in walnuts help remove dirt and promote radiant skin.

Sun and Skin

Do- Apply sunscreen with SPF of at least 15 that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Sun exposure can cause wrinkles, ageing and other skin problems, protect your skinfrom the sun.

Don’t- Skip the sunscreen, whether it’scloudy or cold outside. If you’re heading to a beach or around reflective surfaces like snow or ice, lather your skin up with some more sunscreen with SPF of at least 30.

 Eat

Do- Eat fresh fruits, greens, sufficient protein and vitamins. A diet rich in vitamin C and low in fats and sugar promotes radiant skin. Consider a low-sugar diet, which can keep insulin levels down, allowing cells to maintain a healthybalance.

Don’t: Eat spicy and fermented foods, salt, citrus fruits, fried food. Instead favour blander foods such as rice, oatmeal and applesauce.

Exercise

Do- Exercise regularly. Running, jogging etc  will give your body the necessary blood circulation, and also accelerate the cleansing process of your entire body. A glow on your face after working out. Racing against time? Just take a brisk walk around the block.

Don’t- Skip skincare before and after a workout. Apply a toner to help minimize oil production before heading out. Exfoliate after, and then apply shea butter or olive oil to moisturize the skin.

Sleep

Do- Try to sleep at least 8 hours every night. If you don’t get enough shut eye, your skin gets tired just like you – it sags and you get bags. So don’t risk it. You can also apply honey on your face twice or thrice a week to soothe and heal your skin.

Don’t- Forget to wash and moisturize your face before going to bed. For dry skin, use milder cleansers that are free from alcohol. Apply lots of moisturizer, and avoid hot water as it dries out the skin.

Spa Day

Do- Have a regular skin care regimen. For dry skin, use a fresh cherry mask. Apply the pulp of fresh cherries on your face before going to bed. Leave for 15 minutes and wash with lukewarm water

Don’t-A gentle facial massage with oils could work wonders. Depending on your skin type, choose oils from mustard, coconut, almond  as they are excellent nourishing agents which help to get glowing skin. After 20 minutes, Beautiful skin.

Beauty regime week !- Day 3

A women willing her soft skin.

A scrub is beneficial for glowing and healthy skin.

Here’s our selection of wonderful scrub recipes worth a try.

Coffee grounds and olive oil scrub

Add 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons and equally raw sugar and ground coffee.

Coconut oil and sugar scrub

 Mix 3 tablespoons warm coconut oil, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 drops of oil.

Olive oil and sugar
Mix together olive oil and sugar to forms a paste.

Honey and sugar scrub

Blend honey and granulated sugar into a paste and gently rub.

Vanilla and sugar scrub

Mix 4 tablespoons sweet almond oil, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract for a sweet.

Ginger and coconut oil  scrub

Mix 1 tablespoon chopped and blended ginger, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1tablespoons jojoba oil.

Beauty regime week !- Day 2

Skin is the natural beauty.

To keep a glowing and radiant skin.

We have pulled together some great cleansers for

real and useful benefits.

Let’s  know !

Egg Yolk

1- Egg white helps in toning skin.

2- Apply the whole egg or yolk to cleanse.

Honey

1- Mixing yogurt and honey

2- Applying make skin cleansed.

Sugar & Honeyhoney

1- Sugar cleanses the skin and gives shine to face.

2- Add honey for cleansing and glowing skin.

3-Lemon juice will make the cleanser better.

Yogurt & Lemon

                                                                   lime

1- The combination of yogurt and lemon is perfect

        for skin.

 2- Add 3-4 drops of lemon and oil to retain the

       natural skin complexion.

Honey & Almonds

1- Add honey in almond paste.

2- Add an egg yolk for a super effective cleanser.

Cucumber & Mint

1- Add mint leaves (crushed) in cucumber pulp.

2- Add  yogurt.

3- Use once and  will get the difference.

Tomato

1- Tomato is a great cleanser and toner.

2- Add milk and lemon juice.

3- Cleanse, tone, nourish and brighten skin.

 Oil Cleanser

1- Take any oil- almond oil, coconut oil or olive oil.

2- Cleanse face with it.

3- It will clean the dirt.

4- This is the best cleanser for normal and dry skin.

Remember-

1- After washing face.

2- Sluice face with cold water.

3- To  get more glowing skin use more ingredients.

Beauty regime week !- Day 1

What  make you to be beautiful?

Today, I start regime for days to sprinkle some methods for the best beauty.

Now, I am sharing some home remedies for glowing and marvelous skin .

Lime- Lime is vital in your daily diet. It is alkaline. It contains citric acid. Regular intake of lime is better for skin. Hydration is important for oily skin. You can remove skin problems using lime.

Tan skin

When sun exposure has left your skin tanned, you can make use of this pack.

1- Mix some gram flour (besan) and curd (dahi)

2- Add some lime juice to this paste.

3- Apply it on your skin and kept it dry.

4- Wash your face with water and pat dry.

5- Use weekly once for better results.

Honey

1- Daily apply a pack of lime juice with honey.

2- Honey has anti-bacterial properties  control the oil.

3- Apply it every week as part of your skincare regimen.

4- Massage some fresh lime juice on it to bleach skin and reduce         its appearance.

Glowing Skin –

You can have glowing skin by using –

1- A glass of lukewarm water with some honey and  lime juice.

2- Drink this in the morning to be healthy and get glowing skin.

Moisturizing-

1- Moisturizing is necessary in skin care and attention should be        on the selection of moisturizer.

2- Before moisturizing, make sure that you clean your face                   thoroughly with a mild cleanser.

3- Let your face slightly damp.

4- Apply the moisturizer gently and by using upward strokes.

5- Skin will begin to absorb the moisturizer into five to ten                  minutes.

On this day, I  am taking to you to another destination that is wonder.

Do you have destination you have to visit?

Well, I thought that everyone went there.

It is non other than Agra.

On Summer vacation, My Uncle alongwith my cousin, sis,bro and myself planned a trip to Agra. It was a very  pleasant journey to Agra. I reached there by a car.

Firstly, We have moved to the Agra Fort. As we entered, there was huge gateway to pass on. The building was wall bricked made of sandstones. It was a combination of  red sandstone and white marble. There was a sheesh Mahal also where candles are lighted  mirrored wall. I had also saw Diwan-I-aam and Diwan-I-Khaas. It also consists of Jahangir daughter’s white marbled Palace in the form of  Doli as in muslim tradition. I had observed an echo effect wall also. There was a huge garden. The insight gallery was awesome. There was a stepwell.

Then we reached Taj Mahal by a chariot. We know that ShahJahan had made it in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. As we moved, there was a huge gateway  with red sandstone walls that seems to be welcomed. The building was white marbled  . There was a passage with fountain. It consists of domes. It has four minarets and marbled jali. It has Qur’an words depicted on the walls. It has poem and plant motifs. It is decorated by different stones with reflecting tiles. There was a Museum also to know about Taj Mahal.

I enjoyed this destination. We had delicious meal also. It was a great and cherishable.
